All payments, billing, and account management must be handled directly with the service provider, subject to their terms and conditions.

• No Payment Liability: Community Enriched LLC is not responsible for any payment disputes, billing errors, or financial transactions between you and Metronet.

If a customer inadvertently attempts to pay us, we reserve the right to decline such payments and redirect them to Metronet for proper handling.

5. Relationship with Metronet

Community Enriched LLC is a Metronet Authorized Reseller. While we facilitate connections to Metronet services, our role is strictly limited to acting as a referral agent. We do not represent Metronet in any legal or financial capacity. Any agreements or disputes between you and Metronet are governed by Metronet’s policies, and we are not responsible for enforcing or interpreting those policies.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• Sharing Information with Metronet: As part of the referral process, we may share your information with Metronet to facilitate service activation.
